Amanda opened Elevate in 2021 after 18  years in the salon industry both in Connecticut and San Fransico. She has spent these years creating relationships and customizing the guest experience.  Amanda has trained with Aveda educators, Loreal, Sassoon and Wella, as well as various other educators.  She brings her knowledge of all things hair to allow her team grow individually and together. 

 

Elevate is a space she wants you to feel comfortable, relaxed and leaving feeling replenished.

Hailey has been passionate about hair since high school and has now been in the industry for over 6 years. Known for her eye for detail and love of creativity, she specializes in dimensional color, blonding, and refreshing styles to help every client feel confident and beautiful.  Hailey joined us in June of 2025.

 

Outside the salon, Hailey enjoys time with friends and family, hitting the gym, and seeking out her next adventure.

Kenzie has always known she wanted to be in this industry. Growing up, she would pretend to style family’s hair, and that passion has only grown stronger over time. Kenzie joined the Elevate team in Jan 2025 after growing her craft and absolutely loves helping people feel beautiful and confident.

 

Kenzie excels in coloring hair, creating dimension and exploring new techniques to stay on top of the latest trends. When not in the salon, you can find her reading, binge watching sitcoms, or spending quality time with family, friends and fur babies.

From a young age, Chloé has been in the hair world. She knew after watching her mom and her aunt both succeed in the industry, that she was going to do the same! She started in salons before going to hair school, and joined us in November 2024!  She loves doing all things from blonding services, men's cutting to vivid colors. No project too small or big for this girl.

Olivia joined Elevate in September 2025, finding the perfect place to grow her craft and connect with her guests. Known for her passion for learning, her infectious laugh, and her exceptional skill, Olivia brings both artistry and joy to every appointment. She specializes in all things color—especially creating dimension for blondes—and loves enhancing her clients’ look with extensions. From start to finish, Olivia takes pride in offering a full experience, including waxing and styling services.

 

Outside the salon, Liv treasures time with her family, which inspires the warmth she brings to her work. She enjoys yoga, spending time outdoors, and making lasting memories with her loved ones.

Chea brings over 18 years of experience. She is an independent stylist specializing in custom colors and hand painting techniques. Chea enjoys taking her time and truly consulting with her clients to get the perfect results. 

 

She loves all things animals (ask her about her frogs,) checking out the latest plant shops and spending time with her husband.
