Can I purchase gift cards?
Yes! We encourage gift card purchases on our online booking site. Simply click here and choose to buy a gift card. This will prompt exact amount and if you'd like to send it electronically or download. Gift cards can also be purchased in person or over the phone.
What if I am unhappy with my services?
We understand we may not always get everything right! If you are unhappy with any of your services, please let us know within 10 days of the service. We will do our best to figure out a solution.
What kind of products do you use?
At Elevate, we pride ourselves in using industry forward supplies. We currently use Calura for our color line, and Alcove, Aluram, and Kitsch brands. All of our lines are ammonia free, PPD free, gluten free and free of all animal byproducts.
